How do I reschedule or cancle my appointment?

If you are unable to attend, please let me know in advance. Without communication I am forced to cancel the appointment.
Your appointment must be reschedule or canceled 24 hours in advance. Contact us at +31 6 20706968.

*Failure will result in a canclellation fee. & 50% of the scheduled services will be charged.

How long will my lashes last?

Accepted Answer

Typically they last 2-4 weeks before requiring a fill or touch-up. Depending per person. However, lash extensions require regular maintenance and care to prevent damage to the natural lashes. Book you next appointment here!

Important please read before appointment!

Do not use mascara before or after lash application.

Make sure your lash extensions don't get wet, during the first 24 hours after the treatment. This can prevent the glue from drying properly and become very tacky. This means no sauna and no swimming!
 
Do not pull on your eyelashes.

Do not rub your eyes as this will break your eyelashes.

How to clean lashes?

Try to clean your lashes carefully and vertically. By using our oil-free eye make-up remover or foam. Avoid directly running water on your lashes. Always let your lashes dry naturally. Do not use a towel or cotton swabs, as they release fibres that sticks to the lashes.

How to remove eyelshes?

Accepted Answer

Never remove the eyelashes yourself, always have this done in the salon. The eyelash extensions are attached with a special glue. That only can be dissolved, with an eyelash glue remover. Book a removal appointment here!
